What services do we offer to businesses?

Let us take the headache and stress out of dealing with time consuming disciplinary and grievance investigations. We can assist you in a number of ways:


Option 1 – Examine your documentary evidence, produce an investigatory report and a letter of invitation to attend a disciplinary hearing. The disciplinary meeting would then need to be chaired by an independent person.

Option 2 – We act as an impartial and independent chair of the disciplinary hearing, provide a report of our findings and make recommendations for the appropriate sanction.


Option 1 – Examine the letter of grievance, investigate the grievance, gather statements and evidence and critically analyse the findings and arrive at a finding. Prepare a report of the findings and submit to the chair of the grievance meeting for consideration.

Option 2 – We act as an impartial and independent chair of the grievance hearing, consider the evidence produce by the employee and the company, provide a report of our findings and make recommendations regarding an appropriate outcome.

How much will the service cost?

We charge £75.00 per hour or a daily fixed rate of £300.

We offer training and podcasts.

We can offer on site or remote training for your staff. Training for up to 5 employees, includes a 45 minutes presentation and 30 minutes workshop.

We can also provide bespoke podcasts for your business to compliment your training programmes.
